Submission of comments to the DOE/AE Compilation of submitted inputs:
1.	What is the steam and power demand of the plant before and after implementation of the proposed project activity? And during on and off season. Refer A.2
2.	When the sugar plant commissioned and what is the likely date of commissioning of the proposed activity.  What was is the lifetime of the boilers.  
3.	What is the arrangement for the extraction of steam from the turbine for the process? 
4.	Bagasse availability during on season and off season is not discussed at all in the PDD. 
5.	How much power will be exported to the grid during season and off season? Pls. clarify. 
6.	Benchmark analysis is not correct. It is not as per investment analysis guidelines. Refer B.5.
7.	Prior consideration of CDM and chronology of events is missing in the additionality section. Pls. clarify.
8.	 Steam generated, steam pressure, steam temperature, Qty. of extracted steam, auxiliary consumption, bagasse consumption, NCV, Moisture content of bagasse need to be monitored. Pls clarify.
