Section B.6.1 page 16 addresses incomplete BEy equation   if methodology refers  BEy includes 5 sub component which has not been taken into account in baseline  emission.
Section B.5 page 12 – prior CDM consideration information to the executive Board has been given on 3rd Feb  2010  , however when organisation decided  to  avail CDM benefits doesn’t reflect in this section. On the contrary page 17 mentioned that  plant has been operated since 2006
