Submission of comments to the DOE/AE Compilation of submitted inputs:
A.4.3. Technology to be employed by the project activity;
       - For the electric thermal abatement system, I would like to know detail technology for decomposing process of SF6 like as operation process, required equipment, design condition, manufacturer and utility consumption etc. Additionally, I can not found the capacity of this system. If available, please inform the capacity.
       - Maintenance schedule: 
         . PDD Mentioned that maintenance schedule for electric thermal abatement device is described in Section B.6.2. However, Section B.6.2 does not show the maintenance schedule but they say that it will be instructed by manufacturer. Please inform the maintenance schedule electric thermal abatement device include FTIR, QMS and Orifice etc.

B.2. Justification of the choice of the methodology and why it is applicable to the project activity;
1) PDD mentioned that the thermal abatement device is installed to destroy the SF6 gas from the etching plant. It means that project participant has already installed and operated the thermal abatement device to destroy the SF6 gas without CDM. Why does project participant apply the CDM for this project activity?
2) PDD mentioned that the abatement device will designed greater capacity than entering SF6 flow and total flow of effluents is not exceed the total flow capacity of the abatement device. In accordance with above matter, please show the capacity of entering flow, effluents and the capacity of abatement device and total flow of capacity of the abatement device.
3) PDD mentioned that SF6 destruction occurs at the same industrial site. If available, please show the location of abatement device in plant of project participant.
4) PDD mentioned that the cross section diameter of stack is greater that 0.3 meter to prevent swirling flow. Can project participant show the cross section diameter of stack and the location of measurement device. .
5) PDD mentioned that project participant has obtained all the necessary permits concerning safety and health in order to install and operate the abatement device and monitoring facilities. Which permits are obtained for installation and operation?
6) PDD mentioned that abatement device will not generate non-CO2 greenhouse gas including non-Kyoto gases. Project participant is requested to inform the generated gas list and composition of electric thermal abatement system.

B.3. Description of the sources and gases included in the project boundary;
     PDD mentioned that CO2 is not included in baseline. However, it also show that CO2 is main emissions sources. Therefore I think that CO2 should be included in baseline sources.

B.4. Description of how the baseline scenario is identified and description of the identified baseline scenario;
     PDD mentioned that project activity incur various costs like as equipment costs, construction costs and O&M costs. For the investment cost, I do not know the exact situation for showing the investment cost. If it is mandatory requirement to open the investment cost, please inform the breakdown investment cost.
     Please delete the value of EFPJ.j.y.
     PDD mentioned that project activity has not used the fossil fuel for combustion. Therefore I think that the equation of PEFC.j.y should be deleted. Please check.

B.6.2. Data and parameters that are available at validation;
     PDD mentioned that the emission factor for electricity generation for source j is year y is calculated in Appendix 2 of the PDD. However, I can not find the Appendix.
     I found that the description and data unit of the maintenance schedule for abatement device, FTIR measurement devices and Orifice device has discrepancy with methodology. Is it correct or not?

B.6.3. Ex-ante calculation of emission reductions:
     Almost values are calculated with ex-ante value by project participants. I would like to know the reason to use these values without any explanation.

B.7.1. Data and parameters monitored;
     Project activity does not use fossil fuel for combustion. Therefore the related parameters of PEFC.j.y can be deleted. Additionally, some parameters value are not applicable. If these parameters are not applicable in this project activity, project participant can delete in PDD. Please check my understanding.

E.1. Brief description how comments by local stakeholders have been complied;
     Project participant issue some questionnaires before stakeholder’s meeting and has got reply from them. In accordance with reply all stakeholders will have a bad effect due to this project activity. Why project participant want to proceed project activity with this situation?
