The tariff for new wind project is Rs 4.92 (India Wind energy Proposal). Final hearing in APERC will be on July 12. Is the Rayala taking that in to consideration the revision of Tariff?
As it is a charity project, RGM to give additional revenue to local people for constructing school, college, medical hospital, Degree college, etc. Please spend the additional revenue on studies of local people. Chanti Local.

If the project is about to commission, then CER revenue is not required.
> In India, CERC and other regulatory bodies ensure that minimum REO of 19% to all the investors to safeguard their investment.
> During latest discussions in APERC court on 28/06/2012, Discoms are ensuring that 19% ROE to the IPP developers. And the capital costs are worked out on max basis.
