The project started construction on August 10, 2007 and total investment is 59.035 million CNY, which can be verified at local DRC website (http://www.ynf.gov.cn/canton_model12/newsview.aspx?id=598273). Tariff for hydro projects in Yunnan is 0.215 CNY/kWh. So the project receives sufficient financial return without CDM revenue.
