Submission of comments to the DOE/AE Compilation of submitted inputs: 
1.	As mentioned in economic and social well being section, how many skilled/unskilled people from surrounding area will be employed at this project during construction/installation and operation? 
2.	As mentioned in social well being, greenbelt development and school operation are only due to CDM project activity? In absence of CDM project, project proponent was not going to create greenbelt or primary school or cooperative society or post office?
3.	In case of absence of CDM revenue and lignite based power plant, Project Proponent had to develop greenbelt. It is compulsory condition of Environmental Clearance and not part of CDM project.
4.	Is it assured that generated electricity will be feed into local power grid?
7.	Environment Public Hearing is integral part of Environment Clearance process in India. What was major concern raised during EPH of this project? Whether minutes of EPH have been available with DOE?
8.	Stake holder consultation did not include district or state government authority from environment department / pollution control board. 
9.	Please explain type of community work carried out from 2% of earned CDM revenue.
