The project activity is using the tool "Emission from solid waste disposal sites" (https://cdm.unfccc.int/methodologies/PAmethodologies/tools/am-tool-04-v8.0.pdf). 

In my research, published at Journal of Environmental Management (http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0301479715302528), I have demonstrated that there is a correction needed in this tool. 

The project participants may be aware that their ex-ante calculations are not so accurate.
