No transparency regarding the funds provided by the project for community development purposes.

It is not clear if the contact agreement between the project proponents and the Government stipulates methane reductions by the project.

The Indonesian Government through the DNA issued a grid factor for the Jamali Grid on the 19th Jan 2008 of 0.891 tCO2eq/MWh but the project uses a much higher figure calculated as 0.955tCO2/MWh for 2007. This would call into question the accuracy of the projects financial estimates especially when comparing to other baseline and project options.
