Submission of comments to the DOE/AE Compilation of submitted inputs: 
1. It is not clear from the technological barrier, that how the issues of high silica content of biomass and alkalies present in ash that hampers the plant's production (refer: page15, PDD), will get alleviated with the help of CDM revenue. Please clarify. 
2. In the early consideration of CDM, the board approval is done in 2006, the communication with consultants started in 2007, whereas the civil construction started in 2008. What had prevented the project activity till then? And then the final selection of the CDM consultants was done in early 2009. What ensures DOE to the above fact that that real and continuing actions were being taken to secure CDM status in parallel to the implementation of the project activity. Please clarify.
