Referring to Page 6 of the PDD, biogas will be bypassed to the emergency flare to be combusted. 

Please clarify on the conservativeness on how the ERs could be achieved as per AMS III.H/Version 16 paragraph 33 as the project emissions due to flaring (PE flaring) is not considered.
