Submission of comments to the DOE/AE Compilation of submitted inputs: 
The fact that the project activity was commissioned on 31st March 2008 and the engagement letter with CDM consultant was done on 25th October 2008 is an indication that prior consideration of CDM was not taken seriously. Further, the DNA Meeting was conducted on 19th March 2009; almost one year after the project was commissioned. Even stake holders meeting was done only in Jan 2009. Hence I would request DOE to seriously investigate the seriousness of PRIOR CDM consideration in this project
