Submission of comments to the DOE/AE Compilation of submitted inputs: 
Earlier it was pointed out that The applied ACM 0010 methodology is not appropriate generation of electricity as ACM 0010 is for manure management system. In the revised version, only AMS ID has been added but the discussion on alternative has no relation to the alternatives identified. The explanation on alternatives is centred around ACM 0010. How did DOE accept this? Neither the DOE nor the PP had seen other similar projects already webhosted 

As pointed out earlier, the operating cost given is quite high. Besides 4% O&M cost, PP has provided 1% for Administrative expenses, 1% for other manufacturing expenses and 2.5% for salaries, which together comes to more than 8% of cost of the project. This is very high. 

Moreover, given the SHR of 3700 kcal/kWh and cal. value of poultry litter and biomass, consumption of 106614 tons of fuel for generation 52560 MWh is very high. It works out to 2.02 kg/kwh.
