There is a similar wind project located nearby which started almost 6 years ago with lower unit investment cost (UNFCCC Ref. 0599). Wind turbine purchase expense constitutes the main part of investment cost. And the equipment is cheaper in years because of market maturity. So it is diffcult to believe higher investment cost.
