Submission of comments to the DOE/AE Compilation of submitted inputs:
Why does the PDD not mention the fact that in 2004 and the subsequent years the Administrator of SNEC (now CDE) complained of the negative effect of leacheate on the Moussoumbou-Japoma water Caption area and this made the CUD to urgently create a new landfill at NGOMBE?

Are you 100% sure of the assertion that the PK10 landfill will be operational till 2015 or can you confirm that NGOMBE will be operational only after 2015?

Can I have access to the Data Sheets filled after the meeting of 16 October 2009 and the lists of the stakeholders that participated in the meeting?

Can you confirm that the PK10 landfill site belongs to the Douala Municipality and not the Ministry of Defence?

Thank you in advance for answering the questions above.
