Comments regarding fuel change to biomass briquette in boiler at Sun Pharma.

1.	How many local people will get employment in this fuel change activity as mentioned in social well being section?
2.	Whether any contract has been signed for continuous supply of biomass briquette from rural are? 
3.	You should buy Biomass directly from people rather than any contractor. 
4.	Whether biomass briquettes are made of same material in all region of India?
5.	Whether availability of biomass briquettes is same in all region of India in this bundled activity?
6.	Who are the CDM consultants for the project? What sort of help they did in this project?
7.	List of stakeholders which were present during consultation is not shown in PDD. 
8.	Stake holder consultation did not include local people and district or state government authority from environment department / pollution control board. 
9.	Why during stakeholder consultation meeting, company management ensure biomass supplier for continuous supply of briquette? Management should ask their assurance on other hand.
10.	Whether local villagers would be beneficiary of CDM revenue earned by? Any plan has been develop to earmark certain fund from CDM revenue for community welfare to improve social well being of local people? 
11.	This company was issued 2 closure notices under Water and Air Act by Gujarat Pollution Control Board on date 27.04.06 and 7.04.06 for its 2 units in Ankleshwar-Gujarat.
