Submission of comments to the DOE/AE Compilation of submitted inputs: 
i) The BEF value assumed for the project is in-correct. Thus the entire net removal calculation itself requires to be reviewed.  

ii) Lack of access to credit facilities has been shown as a barrier to project implementation. But it is not clear how it is applicable for the project as NABARD is providing credit. 

iii) It has been mentioned that NABARD has considered CDM as a requirement for providing loan to the project. But it is not clear how NABARD will benefit from the CDM project activity.
