When the IRR for this project is less than 9% and since the policies of TNEB, the state of Tamil Nadu, where the project is proposed to be located, and the PP is investing close to 46% of the project cost as equity, I would like to know the reason and purpose for this kind of investment. Further, PP is not in the same line of business as well
