1) In solar industry, it is known fact that it is very difficult to manufacture solar panel with exact pre-determined capacity. Capacity of the solar cell and solar plant may vary during implementation of the project. Thus, PP is requested to show technical details of the all the plants separately in PDD. If projects are not commissioned yet, DOE is requested to propose a Forward Action Request for the actual capacity of the project which would be checked during verification. There is a possibility in this project that total capacity of the project may cross 15 MW, after implementation. 

2) In this project, PP has not disclosed the capacity of each solar panels (Wp) in the PDD. In absence of that how any stakeholder can understand the capacity of the project. Further, some useless information has mentioned (e.g. standard packaging, Module Pieces per container etc).

3) It is very surprising that PLF values of all the project developer are same though projects are located in different takulas in Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan. Are these study really conducted by the project developers or manipulated by EKI? PP is requested to submit the all the PLF study reports verified by any other 3rd party (not involved in the PLF report preparation) to UNFCCC to prove the authenticity. 
4) As a stakeholder, when we read the PDD, we found the followings:  
a)  Section B.5 and B.4 of the PDD mention that capacity of the project is 5.6 MW where as total capacity of the project is 13.265 MW. 
b) In B.6.4, PP has mentioned the emission reductions for the year 2013, whereas PDD has been webhosted in December-2013.

5) In B.7 of the PDD says that net electricity export would be sourced from Credit report !!!!!!!!!!!!. After webhosting several Bundled Wind project, EKI Energy Services forget that it is a solar project. Same copy and paste from wind PDD will not work here.

6) In updated General Guidelines to SSC CDM Methodologies, calibration frequency has not mentioned.

7) In the prior consideration, PP mentioned that Bansal and Company intimated UNFCCC and receive the acknowledgement on 16/04/2013. However, there is no project on UNFCCC in prior consideration section which was intimated by Bansal and Company. However, Solar Power Project by Pearl Green Energy Pvt. Ltd. (EKIESL-CDM.May-13-03) was mentioned and name of the PP is EKI Energy Services Limited. Thus, please clarify how the same developer is qualifying the prior consideration. It is also clear that EKI Energy Services Limited is manipulating all the documents. DOE is requested check name of the each project and name of PP for each project activity.
