Financial Analysis
The project proponent recently subscribed with ‘Initial Public Offer’ to raise equity funds for the subject project and as per document, SEBI prospectus http://www.sebi.gov.in/dp/orientgreendrhp.pdf; following needs to be considered: 
1.	As mentioned in the SEBI prospectus (page number 140) project owner stated the benefits of claiming RECs in the next years, which is accounting to 3.78 Indian rupees (Pg# 129 of prospectus). 
2.	As mentioned in the SEBI prospectus (page number 176), the possibility of en-cashing RECs after 2012, in case of CDM regime non existence after 2012. 
3.	If the same is accounted with the project financial IRR would be above the benchmark as the REC based revenue will be three fold compared to the carbon revenue
Project owner as committed with the SEBI prospectus for company operation, RECs are mandatory for the project operation, hence this part of revenue could be considered in the financial analysis. 
PDD
1.	Project, tariff price is not mentioned clearly in the PDD and sale will be to third party. 
2.	T&D related project emissions are not accounted thought “Tool to calculate project emissions from electricity consumption” is stated in the PDD
3.	Leakage due to biomass sourcing is missing
