Submission of comments to the DOE/AE Compilation of submitted inputs:
•	Firstly AMS III H doesn’t address the application of the AMS I F ver. 1 in the AMS III H which is the main methodology. Secondly the applicability criteria addressed in AMS I F doesn’t meet the applicability conditions stipulated in section B.2 of the project activity.
•	Section B.5 page 13 of the PDD – Prior CDM consideration of CDM – refers the PP has Feasibility Study Report (FSR) in place August 2008, however second methodology i.e. AMS I F version 1 has been applied in the project activity it’s a question mark. Moreover the validity of AMS I F version 1 is valid from 28 May 2010 which is very recent, so the FSR which has been prepared also subjected of its authenticity.
•	Page 14, Section B.5 of the PDD, paragraph 2 for proving addtionality refers the Attachment A to appendix B - investment barrier is applied in conjunction with Guidance on the Assessment of Investment Analysis (EB 51 annex 58) – Project proponent has argued the project addtionality on the basis of benchmark analysis i.e. sub-step 2 b however project proponent required to follow the step 3 of the addtionality tool.
