1. IRR computed in the PDD seems to be very low given the assumptions taken for calculating the IRR. In Rajasthan IRR can not be so low. DOE should also give the details of IRR working. BVCI has hired a outside financial consultant named Budhia & Assocoates as their financial expert for evaluating the IRR analysis done by PP. What is the relationship of Budhia Assoaciates and BVCI. M/s Budhia & Associates is the statutory Auditor of BVCI in India SO how M/s Budhia & Associates could be the financial expert of BVCI.
