The project cost is coming to Rs.56 mn., which is very high for this project. Madhya Pradesh ERC has suggested only Rs.42.5 mn./MW for biomass power projects

Biomass cost has been taken at Rs.1207 per ton and supplementary fuel at 1030 per ton.  This is high compared to MPERC recommended cost

This project is eligible for 100% depreciation and also tax holiday. These should be taken into account while demonstrating additionality

Other barrier given has financial implication and already included in the investment and sensitivity analyses.
