Submission of comments to the DOE/AE Compilation of submitted inputs:
1.	If the ERPA for the related project activity is already signed, the real agreed CER price should be mentioned in PDD for financial additionality argumentation.
2.	The assumed price per CER of 13 EUR is above current market price for EUAs and significantly above the Chinese floor price. This assumption therefore could be deemed to be unrealistic. But if CER price is only at 12 EUR I guess the project doesn’t even pass the benchmark including the CDM revenues. Based on this it could be summarized that the CER price was adjusted to meet the criteria for passing benchmark and show economic credibility.
3.	According to PDD, chapter B.5., (2), (d), page 13, the annual operation hours are assumed with 6,500. This results in an annual gross power generation of 78,000 MWh (12 MW x 6,500 h/yr). The net electricity fed into the grid is stated with 68,000 MWh (PDD, chapter A.2.). Therefore the EEC (Effective electricity coefficient) of this plant is 87.1%. Why so low?
4.	Please provide a flow chart for the project boundary as well as a flow chart for the monitoring equipment, mentioning all involved measurement equipment at to-be-installed location, with measurement range and uncertainty/accuracy.
5.	How does the project activity ensure the monitoring of combusted different biomass types?
