Submission of comments to the DOE/AE Compilation of submitted inputs:
As per the PDD, PP has mentioned that PLF is 35%. and not more. This needs to be cross checked and evidenced by the PP and validating agency need to check this

Further, the IRR is mentioned as 9.38%. Please clarify as to how this is arrived at.

The government of India in its budget speech in the eyar 2008, had announced major income tax and proejct concessions for companies setting up wind power projects. The DOE and validating agency need to check with the PP regarding the applicability of such financial assistance for this project. The PP need to produce documentary evidence that such a facility either exists or does not exist. DOE and validating agency need to check the same.

The claim of infrastructure development and local employment would genrate due to this project is not a valid argument. This must also be clarified.

The PP need to justify as to the power purchase agreement with government authorities and then clarify if CDM revenue is a major barrier
