It is weird that the project leads to higher investment cost and lower power generation after design optimization (http://www.longganhu.gov.cn/html/jrlgh/lghyw/116.html). This is a cogeneration project. Further benefit from fertilizer production and cost saving from heat and electricity consumption for the farm due to the project implementation are not considered in financial analysis.
