Submission of comments to the DOE/AE Compilation of submitted inputs: 
1. Para 23 of AMS I.C. has to be considered to develop methodological choices for calculation of Emission reductions.
2. Provision for biomass leakage monitoring is provided but methodological choice for calculation of leakage is not provided in section  B.6 of PDD.
3. Further DOE should validate the possible use of fossil fuel, if technically it is possible in project activity.
