Submission of comments to the DOE/AE Compilation of submitted inputs: 
1.	Equipment Purchase Contract was signed on 09/08/2009. And the project was in operation since May 2010. However no equipment information based on manufacturer’s specifications is listed.
2.	SL 16-95 regulates that sensitivity analysis considers only 2 indicators, investment cost and revenue for small hydropower projects, which is different with the requirements of CDM.
3.	According to the material published by Sichuan Hydropower Engineering Academy, there are more than 4000 operational hydropower stations in Sichuan till the end of 2007, in which 59 are large scale projects. In addition, Yearbook of China Water Resources collects information of hydro projects above 25 MW. Yearbook of China Water Resources 2006 listed 40 hydro plants in Sichuan, 15 among them are large scale hydro plants. Hence the project list in common practice is far too incomplete, neither convincing.
