Submission of comments to the DOE/AE Compilation of submitted inputs:
1. It is not clear that how the GCV of biomass residue can be fixed in ex-ante. Any change in the GCV and consumption of biomass residues during the crediting period will affect the calculation of CERs.
2.The operating hours of the biomass based power plant is not being taken into account in the section B.7.
3. The amount of biomass fired is measured with the help of weigh bridge. How this ensures continuous monitoring of the amount of biomass fires. This may result in the overestimation of CERs. Please clarify.
