Submission of comments to the DOE/AE Compilation of submitted inputs: 
Jilin Da'an Dagangzi Wind Farm Phase 2, 3 and 4 started construction in Apr., May and Jun. 2008. Three phase wind farms were put into operation in Dec. 2008, Mar. and Jun. 2009 separately. Tariff approved by Jilin Price Bureau for Phase 2, 3 and 4 was 0.61 yuan/kWh, implemented since 24 Nov. 2009.
