Submission of comments to the DOE/AE Compilation of submitted inputs:
1. How is Fossil based power plant a plausible alternative to the project. if it is, in that case can Nuclear power plant be alternative to wind power project. so to justify by saying such alternatives is wrong.

2. If the Project is yielding so low returns even after considering CDM then why is the proponent insiting on going ahead with the project as his basic reason to avail CDM benefit was that his project is highly unviable in comparison to the benchmark calculated. is the project serving as a charity to Indian power sector.

3. if the WACC of the project is so high undoubtedly the ROE calculated is even higher than 20%(assumption). is the benchmark value calculated robust.
