Comments:
1.	What is the correct estimated annual reduction?  Is it 14,723 tCO2 (page no 1 & 21 of PDD) or 14,660 tCO2 (page no 2 and 21 of PDD). 
2.	Which one is the correct PO date? 22 june 2009 (page no 12 of the PDD) or 14 july 2011 (page no 13 of the PDD)?
3.	Which date is correct for board meeting date? 23rd April 2009 (page no 13 of PDD) or 13 July, 2011 (page no 13 of PDD)?
4.	Reason for two PO and Decision making dates for this project is not in PDD.
5.	If PO date is 22 june 2009 and decision making is 23 april 2009 then the prior intimation was not made with in the stipulated time of six (6) month from the start date of the project activity (i.e. Prior intimation to UNFCCC is on 4th January 2012).
6.	Which  RERC order is considered for the project financial analysis? RERC Tariff order dated 23/01/2009 (page no 11 of PDD)  is not the latest available tariff order at the time of decision-making. There are other wind related tariff orders available in RERC website (dated 16/07/2009 & 31/03/2010).
7.	PDD considered INR 4.28/kWh as per RERC Tariff order but in the RERC Tariff order 31/03/2010 it is INR 3.83/kWh.
8.	Tariff order dated 16/07/2009 refers that the loss is only 1% (i.e. loss is 1% for metering at 33 kV system). Please note  Figure in page no 27 of PDD shows metering @ 33kV system.
9.	depreciation, tax, tax benefits and other financial details etc are not provided.
