Submission of comments to the DOE/AE Compilation of submitted inputs: 
The PDD does not give any details regarding the project start date; the chronology of events leading to priod consideration of CDM in a serious way. The PDD need to include these details. Further, there is no evidence of seriousl consideration of CDM in this project. Hence this need to be ivestigated thoroughly. The project activity seems to have started in 2007-08 ; as mentioned in some part of PDD without much clarity. Hence the DOE need to check regarding the credentials of prior CDM serious consideration.
