Some of the WTGs in this webhosted PDD for project titled: “Bundled Wind Power Project by EKI Energy Services Limited (EKIESL-CDM.Oct-13-01)” with web hosting period “27 Dec 13 - 26 Jan 14” (web hosted by DOE: TÜV SÜD South Asia Private Limited) are also part of another webhosted PDDs as detailed below:
1) WTG UID nos (T10, T13, T6, T4, S-41) of this webhosted PDD are also part of another webhosted PDD titled “Bundled Wind Power Project by EKI Energy Services Ltd. (EKIESL-CDM.December-11-02)” which was webhosted by URSV.
2) WTG UID no (PW/250/11-12/2640) of this webhosted PDD are also part of another webhosted PDD titled “Bundled Wind Power Project by EKI Energy Services Limited (EKIESL-CDM.March-12- 01)” which was webhosted by URSV.
It is not clear how same WTGs can be under validation in two different CDM projects. The PP did not make payment to URSV for the work completed for above mentioned projects and these project was put as ‘unpaid ’ which was notified to UNFCCC on 28/11/2013 and the same was acknowledged by UNFCCC on 28/11/2013.
PP has defaulted payment to one DOE (URSV) and put same WTGs into another CDM project with another DOE (TÜV SÜD South Asia Private Limited) implying same WTGs are part of two different CDM project simultaneously under validation by two different DOE which is against CDM requirement.
