It is unclear the options for CBM and CMM or VAM extraction is pre-mining or post-mining. It is not convincing alternatives listed in methodology are eliminated. There are technologies can be applied for VAM utilization which generate electric and/or heat energy. Therefore investment analysis is not correctly applied to identify baseline scenario.
