According to the national policy, such kind of plant should run the whole year - 365 days, and the running time should more than 8000 hours. How the project reaches the standard if it runs only 330 days? Moreover, the project is located in a university town. 61.79% local students think the project should be halted as of not in the public interest, not to mention the bad quality during construction.
