It is not clearly clarified in the PDD of the flowing questions:
a.	For the alternative scenarios the PP concerned, the description of M5 (page 11) is hard to give a clearly understanding of the real application prospects and disposal situations.
b.	For the alternative scenario C2, the PP notes that ‘the company is the only one producing biodiesel in local area and the nearest producer is in Fujian Province’, however, it is hard to believe that there’re no similar producer in surrounding province like Gansu, Shanxi, Henan and Sichuan etc.. Further evidence should be given.
c.	The approved methodology AM0047 v2 require that the investment analysis shall include a sensitivity analysis of the biodiesel sales price, the feedstock costs and fuel cost. In that case, supplement of these parameters is essential. 
d.	For the data of NCVPD and NCVBD in B.6.2 (page 23), the source and calculation of these values ware not given in the PDD. Detailed justification of the choice of the value was considered crucial.
