Submission of comments to the DOE/AE Compilation of submitted inputs: 
1. If Torrent, Gujarat project is UNFCCC registered , any project in Andhra Pradesh can be UNFCCC registered. Torrent, Gujarat was initially visualized as a coal based project but later on converted into Gas based project because Gas based project is more economical. Such project is CDM registered now and earning Carbon Credits already which is not fair.

2. DOE to check the amount of money spent by Konaseema and on what basis that have spent that money to be explained by Konaseema to the DOE.
