Submission of comments to the DOE/AE Compilation of submitted inputs: 
As per section B.5 page 16 of the PDD it shows the IRR without CDM is 5.21% and considering the CDM revenue @ 16 Euro comes out to be 7.13%, where as the benchmark IRR is 14.46%.The project IRR is half of the benchmark. So even after considering the CDM revenue  the project is still not viable. Hence the DOE is requested to check the viability of the project even after considering the CDM revenue.
