Submission of comments to the DOE/AE Compilation of submitted inputs:
The methodology requires the PDD to give all input parameters and assumptions so that the reader should be in a position to construct the worksheet and arrive at the same results. The PDD does not give biomass cost, terms of loan and working capital has not been provided. Is it possible to construct the worksheet without these information? How did DOE web host this project?

The project cost is very high. It comes to 52.39 lakhs per MW, which is very high for a biomass project.

This project is eligible for accelerated depreciation (100%) and not 15% as given. Tax saving on account of this should be accounted. The project is also eligible for tax holiday.
