Submission of comments to the DOE/AE Compilation of submitted inputs: 
The project cost of 1314.47 Million seems to be very high for the power generation of 22.5 MW; This works out to more than 6 Million per MW. Other comparable technologies are much cheaper and it is essential as to why this additional cost is incurred by PP. with this kind of cost, it is obvious that IRR would be lower. DOE and validating agency need to check these aspects as well

PP in the PDD, while comapring wind energy penetration across india, has conveniently forgotten STATE OF TAMIL NADU, which has the highest No of wind energy farms in the entire country. The DOE need to cross check with PP regarding the data submitted.
