Please indicate reasons for the request for review
1) The DOE is requested to clarify how it has verified that the monitoring plan is in accordance with the applied methodology considering that the parameter "CapPJ"  (Installed capacity of the hydro power plant after the implementation of the project activity.) does not appear to be part of the monitoring plan whereas this is required to be monitored annually as per the methodology.  Please refer to Paragraph 200 of VVM (version 1.2), ACM0002 v7 (page 17).
