The DOE is requested to clarify how it verified that the methane content of biogas is monitored as required by the applied methodology considering that i) the measurement of the methane content of biogas was not periodical and ii) the 95% confidence level was calculated using the critical value for the standard normal distribution instead of critical value for t-distribution.
