The DOE shall clarify why it conducted the verification site visit (on 26 September 2009) prior to the monitoring report being made publicly available (29 September 2009) whereas paragraph 62 of the 'Modalities and procedures for a clean development mechanism, as defined in Article 12 of the Kyoto Protocol" stipulates that the first step in the verification is to make the monitoring report publicly available "..the designated operational entity contracted by the project participants to perform verification shall make the monitoring report publicly available, and..." Other Issue The PP/DOE shall revise the CER spreadsheet which currently includes data of and reference to another project (Ref. 1627) in the worksheet 'accumulated' and 'sheet 1'.
