1. The DOE shall clarify how the project monitoring has complied with the methodology with regard to the parameters “B14” (pre-mining CMM captured, sent to and destroyed) and “B16” (post-mining CMM captured, sent to and destroyed). OTHER ISSUES 2. Further clarification is required on a) why generation data was available from March 2009 onwards while the PP states that the operation started in May 2009 (page 3 of monitoring report); b) the conversion between measured gas volume flow into normalized flow rates, since the PP reported the values only in m3/month times methane density at normal conditions (Nm3).
