1) The DOE should further verify if the project emissions from electricity consumption have been calculated in line with the requirements of AMS-I.D, version 13, as indicated in the monitoring report. The diesel emission factor used in the calculations is 0.8 kgCO2/kWh, however, as per this methodology, the default emission factor depends on the installed capacity, and the corresponding emission factor for the installed capacity of the diesel unit (21 kW) indicated in the spreadsheet is 1.1 kgCO2/kWh .   Please refer to AMS.I-D version 13, Table I.D.1.
