1. Further clarification is required on how the DOE verified the Operating Hours (OH) for calculating the baseline emission factor, considering that the methodology requires that N2O values measured beyond the CLnormal operating hours should be eliminated. Other Issues 2. The Verification Report (end of p.19) refers to CAR1 when describing the correction on the highest value measured during AMS down times in the project campaign. However, CAR1 covers QAL1 related issue only. Clarification is required. 3. The Verification report (p.20) states that the UNC used is 6.0% while the monitoring report (p.10 of 11) states an “UNC combined” figure as 5.99%. Clarification is required.
