Please indicate reasons for the request for review
1. The DOE is requested to clarify how it verified that the project activity was implemented as described in the PDD considering that the rated rotation speed and rated flow rate of the turbines (120 r/m and 145.95 m3/s) actually implemented are different from those described in the PDD (107.1 r/m and 149.34 m3/s). 2. The DOE is requested to clarify why a notification or request for approval of changes was not submitted prior to the request for issuance as per EB 48 Annex 66, if the project activity was not implemented as described in the PDD. 3. The DOE is requested to clarify how it verified that the monitoring was implemented as described in the Monitoring Plan considering that the accuracy of the main meter (0.5s) actually installed is different from that described in the Monitoring Plan (0.2s). 4. The DOE is requested to clarify why a request for deviation from monitoring plan or a request for revision of monitoring plan was not submitted prior to the request for issuance as per EB 49 Annex 26 or EB 49 Annex 28 respectively, if the monitoring was not implemented as described in the Monitoring Plan.
