1. The DOE is requested to clarify how it verified the appropriateness of the calibration frequency considering that the period between the first calibration (05/04/2007) and the second calibration (26/11/2008) is longer than a year while the monitoring plan describes that the metering equipment are calibrated and checked annually. 2. The DOE is requested to clarify how it verified that the meters used for the monitoring of the electricity imported through the 10 kV back up line and their maintenance are in line with the monitoring plan.
