Please indicate reasons for the request for review
1.Clarification is required on the causes of 'some inconsistency was found in the reported data source and section D of monitoring report'(p.18, verification report) and what systematic measures have been taken to avoid this in the subsequent monitoring periods. 2. The DOE shall confirm whether the project is interconnected with steam or heat sources other than the waste gases. 3. Clarification is required on how the DOE verified: 3.1) the calibration of the energy meters based on the Verification Regulation of Electrical Energy Meters with Electronics (JJG596-1999), as referred to in the monitoring plan, which is not a calibration standard, 3.2) the accuracy of data from the main meters M1 and M2 calibrated by the project entity (p.18 of monitoring report) whilst the monitoring plan requiring this to be done by a 'certified party', 3.3) that accuracy was assured for the data from the energy meters whose calibration certificates were pending.
