Please indicate reasons for the request for review
1) The monitoring plan specifies that the accuracy of the meter used for measuring methane concentration has an accuracy within 0.5%. The DOE verified (page 10 of the verification report) that the accuracy of the portable gas analyser used for measurement is 3% for methane contents above 15% of methane. The DOE shall clarify how it assessed that  the accuracy of the Landtec gas analyzer used to monitor the methane content of the biogas complies with the requirement specified in the monitoring plan.   Please refer to VVM version 01.2 paragraph 205 (c).
